MAIN HALL ($2,000)
Our main hall comfortably accommodates up to 300 guests. This area complete with a great location, has staging and a dance floor. For this rental you will have a 4800 sq ft (80x60) space. With this rental you will also have the kitchen. Deposit will be $300.00 at the time of signing the contract.
CONFERENCE ROOM ($1,000)
Our conference room comfortably accommodates 70 guests. This room has many windows and allows views of the property. The conference room is 2,000 sq ft ( 40x50 ). With this rental you will also have the kitchen. Deposit will be $300.00 at the time of signing the contract.
ENTIRE BUILDING ($2,600)
Our entire building rental includes the main hall, conference room and kitchen. This allows the double doors leading to the conference room to be open and allow for more space. Deposit will be $300.00 at the time of signing the contract.
RICES CROSSING STORE ($300)
The rices crossing store is a perfect place to host a small get together. This building hosts approximately 40 guests. Deposit will be $200 at the time of signing the contract.
WHAT COMES WITH THE RENTAL
Our rentals come with 30 tables and 300 chairs. You are allowed to bring in whatver else you may need. We do not provide food or entertainment in which we allow catering and your choice of a band or dj.
